This lovely qualty, educational puzzle is just what is needed to teach a child shapes.  All 9 shaped wooden pieces are raised above the depth of the puzzle board, to enable young fingers to pull out easily.  Each piece is a different shape and colour, showing as part of an animal on top, but the simple shape underneath.  Shapes are also printed around the edge of the board for children to have fun trying to locate shapes from the border within the puzzle tray.
